Screening & cancellation

Step 1

For my safety, and because you would be coming into my private & sacred space, I require some basic form of screening.

Acceptable screening methods (just one needed)

an active Facebook or Instagram account with your picture and recent posts visible to me, or…
a LinkedIn account that looks reasonably up-to-date and active, with your picture on it, or…
a business website with your picture and name on it, or…
a copy of your current ID (ie. DL, State ID, Military ID, Passport, work ID). If it makes you more comfortable you can black-out other info except your photo, name and year of birth, or…
a minimum of 2 references from providers who’ve seen you. They must be currently either on a major ad site or have their own website. You will need to ask their permission for me to contact them and get a yes before sending me their info.

Step 2

We’ll have a brief (5-10 minutes) phone call or video call to hear each other’s voice and answer any lingering questions.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to me. This is my hard earned vocation and I care about discretion and privacy as well.

I delete your screening info after our session and I never “follow” any social media accounts you might provide me.

That said, screening is non-negotiable since my safety is non-negotiable.

Please note that when I schedule you into my calendar, I block out other work. If you book my time, commit to showing up.

But obviously, I also know that life happens, and things don’t always go as planned. So here’s the policy:

The $100 deposit is non-refundable but can be used to reschedule just once if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before appointment start time.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I ask that—as a considerate person and as a show of good will—you send in 50% of the full amount.

If you’re a no-show with no call or cancellation, I ask that you send in 100% of the session amount.

My commitment to you: I show up for your session or refund your deposit if I cancel. I’ve never missed or cancelled a session so far.
